Shoes are crafted from various materials requiring specific care. Fabric: clean with a brush or a soft, slightly damp cloth. Suede leather or nubuck: clean gently with a soft brush to maintain the velvety look; surface stains may be removed with a crepe brush. Smooth or grained leather: clean with a soft, damp cloth; once dry, apply a quality colorless cream and polish in circular motions with a soft cloth. Glazed leather: clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then polish with a soft, dry cloth. Metallic leather: clean with a soft, dry cloth. Exotic leather: clean with a soft, dry cloth, then apply a quality colorless cream, working gently in the direction of the scales to nourish the leather and maintain suppleness. Sneakers feature a removable insole to facilitate natural air drying. If sneakers become wet, remove the insole and leave them to dry in a cool, well-ventilated place. Avoid contact with water, substances containing alcohol (perfumes, solvents, etc.), oil (makeup), and abrasive products. If the shoes have been in contact with water, allow them to dry thoroughly on shoe trees before cleaning. Use a shoehorn when putting shoes on. Store in the provided felt pouches in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place.
